Didn't Mean To Disappoint

Piano tuner: Eh, your daughter grade 8 already ah?
Dad: Oh nolah, she stopped.

Hearing this short conversation made a cut in my heart. Though he never voiced his disappointment, i am sure he is at least a tad bit disappointed.

Sometimes i wished i didn't do what i did. I wished i didn't cause all that drama. I wished i was strong enough to put my parents' feelings before mine. But i was selfish.
